Air Selangor is Malaysia’s largest water utility company, serving over 8 million customers across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya. When the company undertook a major rebranding initiative, they needed more than a logo change — they needed their 5,000+ staff members to feel the new brand from day one.
