Built for Teams, Events & Uniforms. At Saltycustoms, we've been building custom apparel programs for B2B clients since 2010 — from small-batch event tees to multi-country uniform rollouts spanning 10 cities.
Whether you need 50 polos for a sales kick-off or 5,000 onboarding kits for a workforce rebrand, the apparel program at Saltycustoms is built to scale.

With over 1000 trusted customers

When you think about the corporate merchandise that sticks around the longest, custom apparel is almost always at the top of the list. A well-made event tee can live in someone's wardrobe for six months. A varsity jacket from a rebrand campaign? That can last a decade.
We work with brands like Amazon Web Services, DHL, Pringles, Cadbury, edotco, Air Selangor, Milo, Yamaha, and CBTL to deliver branded clothing that holds up: production-grade fabrics, accurate Pantone matching, ethically sourced materials, and the global fulfilment logistics needed to move 5,000-piece kits across multiple countries in a single campaign.
We cover every garment a corporate brand typically needs, with full control over fabric, fit, colour, branding placement, and packaging.
Round-neck and crew-neck t-shirts — cotton, polyester, blends, dri-fit, organic cotton, RPET
Pique, jersey, performance fabrics for outdoor events
Pullover, zip-up, oversized, premium GSM options
Varsity jackets, bomber jackets, windbreakers — great for rebrands and recognition gifts
Front-of-house, back-of-house, technical, retail, F&B, hospitality workwear
Jerseys, running tees, dri-fit for races and wellness programs
Long-sleeve tees, henleys, and overshirts — premium options for executive gifting
Event staff, brand activation teams, retail crew accessories
We match the right print method to your artwork, volume, and fabric — and explain exactly why at briefing stage.
The most cost-effective route for medium-to-large runs with straightforward designs. Ink sits on the fabric, holds vibrant colour, and lasts through hundreds of washes.
Best for: Solid logos and pattern work
Direct-to-garment: ideal for short runs and full-colour designs with gradients or photographic detail. No setup fee, lower MOQ, great for limited-edition drops or complex artwork.
Best for: Short runs, complex artwork
Direct-to-film: a newer hybrid method that works on almost any fabric — including polyester — with sharp colour reproduction. Cost-effective for small-to-medium runs with detailed designs.
Best for: Polyester, detailed multi-fabric runs
The premium tactile finish for polos, hoodies, jackets, and caps. Works best for logos and text rather than detailed imagery. Adds real perceived value to executive and uniform pieces.
Best for: Uniforms, executive gifting
Used on polyester fabrics for all-over prints, sports jerseys, and dri-fit apparel. The ink dyes the fabric directly — no surface texture, no peeling.
Best for: Jerseys, all-over prints, dri-fit
Puff, high-density, foil & speciality finishes — raised inks, metallic finishes, glow-in-the-dark, reflective. Usually reserved for premium drops and retail merchandise.
Best for: Premium drops, retail merchandise
Built around the most common B2B scenarios we see across Malaysia, Singapore, and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
When AWS needed apparel for the AWS Summit, Migration Modernization series, and joint activations with Singapore Airlines and Ethlas, they came to us because the entire pipeline — design, production, multi-city distribution, quality control — needed one partner to own it all.
When DHL needed custom varsity jackets produced with precision and delivered across multiple countries, we managed sample iteration and production timelines to hit a fixed corporate calendar.
When edotco needed a full rebrand merchandise collection in record time, we built the apparel range from artwork concept through to production, on an aggressive deadline.
MOQ depends on the print method and level of customisation. For enterprise rollouts requiring multi-country delivery, production and fulfilment timelines are scoped during consultation.
Full-colour and complex artwork. No screen setup fee. Perfect for short runs and limited-edition drops.
Most cost-effective for medium-to-large runs. Vibrant colour, long-lasting durability through hundreds of washes.
Custom fabric, custom cut, woven label. Full garment specification from scratch for brands with precise requirements.
Corporate polos are the everyday uniform of Malaysian sales teams, event crews and management. Cotton pique for a classic feel, dri fit for outdoor staff, and embroidered left-chest logos as standard. From 25 pieces per design.
Full uniform programmes: shirts, polos and outerwear coordinated across departments, with size runs held for reorders. We handle sizing samples per department so nobody wears a guess.
For sports events, team building and exhibitions, dri fit shirts keep staff cool through long Malaysian days. Sublimation or DTF decoration handles full-colour designs. See dri fit vs cotton for fabric choice.
Varsity jackets, windbreakers and hoodies for onboarding kits and premium gifts. Recent example: custom DHL varsity jackets shipped to Malaysia and Singapore.
Screen print for volume basics, DTF for full-colour small runs, embroidery for polos and outerwear. Our team recommends per garment, not per order, so each piece gets the right method.
Samples are produced before bulk runs so fit and finish are approved first. Size sets cover XS to 5XL, and per-department size breaks are planned with you at quoting.

What is the minimum order for corporate shirts?
25 pieces per design for polos and shirts. Mixed sizes within one design are standard at no extra cost.
Do you provide uniform samples before bulk production?
Yes. Sizing samples are produced and approved before the full run, so fit, fabric and logo placement are confirmed first.
embroidery or screen print for company polos?
Embroidery for polos: it outlasts the garment and reads premium. Screen print suits large-volume basic tees where cost per piece matters most.
How long do corporate shirt orders take?
Typically 3 to 5 weeks after artwork and sample approval, depending on quantity and decoration method. Ready designs ship in 7 to 10 working days through Salty Express.

We work with marketing, HR, brand, and operations teams across Malaysia and Singapore on programs ranging from 50 to 50,000 pieces.
