Custom Apparel
for Corporate
Brands
Built for Teams, Events & Uniforms.
High-quality branded clothing that actually gets worn
When you think about the corporate merchandise that sticks around the longest, custom apparel is almost always at the top of the list. A well-made event tee can live in someone's wardrobe for six months. A varsity jacket from a rebrand campaign? That can last a decade.
At Saltycustoms, we've been building custom apparel programs for B2B clients since 2010 — from small-batch event tees to multi-country uniform rollouts spanning 10 cities. We work with brands like Amazon Web Services, DHL, Pringles, Cadbury, edotco, Air Selangor, Milo, Yamaha, and CBTL to deliver branded clothing that holds up: production-grade fabrics, accurate Pantone matching, ethically sourced materials, and the global fulfilment logistics needed to move 5,000-piece kits across multiple countries in a single campaign.
Whether you need 50 polos for a sales kick-off or 5,000 onboarding kits for a workforce rebrand, the apparel program at Saltycustoms is built to scale.

Amazon Web Services
When AWS needed apparel for the AWS Summit, Migration Modernization series, and joint activations with Singapore Airlines and Ethlas, they came to us because the entire pipeline — design, production, multi-city distribution, quality control — needed one partner to own it all.
DHL
When DHL needed custom varsity jackets produced with precision and delivered across multiple countries, we managed sample iteration and production timelines to hit a fixed corporate calendar.
EDOTCO
When edotco needed a full rebrand merchandise collection in record time, we built the apparel range from artwork concept through to production, on an aggressive deadline.
Six techniques. One recommendation for your brief.
We match the right print method to your artwork, volume, and fabric — and explain exactly why at briefing stage.
Screen Printing
The most cost-effective route for medium-to-large runs with straightforward designs. Ink sits on the fabric, holds vibrant colour, and lasts through hundreds of washes.
Best for: Solid logos and pattern work
DTG
Direct-to-garment: ideal for short runs and full-colour designs with gradients or photographic detail. No setup fee, lower MOQ, great for limited-edition drops or complex artwork.
Best for: Short runs, complex artwork
DTF
Direct-to-film: a newer hybrid method that works on almost any fabric — including polyester — with sharp colour reproduction. Cost-effective for small-to-medium runs with detailed designs.
Best for: Polyester, detailed multi-fabric runs
Embroidery
The premium tactile finish for polos, hoodies, jackets, and caps. Works best for logos and text rather than detailed imagery. Adds real perceived value to executive and uniform pieces.
Best for: Uniforms, executive gifting
Sublimation
Used on polyester fabrics for all-over prints, sports jerseys, and dri-fit apparel. The ink dyes the fabric directly — no surface texture, no peeling.
Best for: Jerseys, all-over prints, dri-fit
Speciality Finishes
Puff, high-density, foil & speciality finishes — raised inks, metallic finishes, glow-in-the-dark, reflective. Usually reserved for premium drops and retail merchandise.
Best for: Premium drops, retail merchandise
